Return Policy


We will gladly refund any item purchased directly from innovaze.com for a period of 30 days from the date you received the product. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted. If you purchased the product from an authorized dealer, you must follow the return policy of that dealer. 

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy and once the returned package is received, Innovaze will credit the original payment method used to make the original purchase for the full purchase price paid for the product and any applicable taxes minus any shipping and handling charges you paid when the product was purchased. For items that were purchased with free shipping, if the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost Innovaze paid to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for return shipping arrangements and must prepay all return shipping charges and assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit back to Innovaze. Returns must be received back in unused, resalable condition and in original cartons and packaging. The time to credit the account used to make the original purchase may vary, depending on processing time. This may take up to 4 weeks from the time the package was given to the return shipper. In many cases however, a refund will be received much sooner. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect product directly from Innovaze, please contact Innovaze Customer Support. If you purchased a damaged item from a retailer or distributor other than Innovaze, please contact that retailer or distributor regarding non-warranty returns.
