We warrant that INNOVAZE products will be free of defects in material and workmanship when used under normal household use and cared for in accordance with our care and maintenance instructions. Our product warranty is for one year from the date of purchase. For sensor trash cans, the warranty also covers electronic components in the lid such as the computer chip, the gear system and electrical circuits. The warranty will not apply to damage caused by abuse, misuse, being used in an unsuitable environment or by natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, electrical shock etc. The warranty is void with any repair made outside of that provided by the manufacturer or use in a commercial establishment.
